TRADE-NETWORK | AGENCY

At CutSheetz (herein referred to as “Marketing Representative” or “Agent”) we partner with local companies (herein referred to as “Contractors” or “Partners”) to offer limited, often exclusive, discount deals. In CutSheet/Voucher format (herein referred to as "Cutz"), we then categorize these deals by industry/brand and make them available to consumers via cutsheetz.com. CutSheetz Trade Network benefits the community by: (a) Supporting local small business, spotlighting services/products of participating contractors, thereby channeling new customers their way; and (b) consumers gain access to deals that otherwise might never exist.

CutSheetz Trade-Network Partners: When you submit Cutz to CutSheetz, Inc. you certify that each corresponds to the physical redeemable merchandise or services detailed in each CutSheet/Voucher. You also certify that all subscribed Cutz are for valid products and or professional services (no misrepresentations / no false-discounts), and that you have the legal right to retail the corresponding service/merchandise. You likewise attests that all licenses; insurance policies; permits; etc.; necessary to sell, or perform, service/merchandise are current. Upon consumer download and redemption of each CutSheet/voucher you agree to honor the Cutz full redemption value (no bait/switch or hidden fees). By submitting said Cutz for publication, you subscribe to its promotion via cutsheetz.com (one service/merchandise per CutSheet/Voucher) for the duration of respective subscription(s). You may add Cutz or cancel at any time.

General Product/Service Terms & Conditions: Limit one Cutz (discount voucher) per transaction. Not to be reproduced. Not valid with other offers or discounts. Customer pays sales tax subject to applicable law. Valid only at participating locations/service-providers.

WARRANTY | DAMAGES

Upon download/redemption of any CutSheet/Voucher (Cutz), you (the user) confirm and agree that: (a) Contractor, not Agent, is responsible for warranty on service/merchandise rep resented in each respective Cutz; (b) Contractor, not Agent, is responsible for any merchandise returned due to defect or other circumstance; (c) Contractor terms & conditions noted in each Cutz governs that CutSheet/Voucher respectively, but does not supersede CutSheetz Terms/Conditions herein.

You agree to indemnify and hold Agent harmless against any and all claims, demands, costs, loss, damage, or liability arising out of (1): actual or alleged defects in material, workmanship, or design of materials furnished by Contractor; and (2): personal injury, including death, or loss or destruction of property arising from causes directly or indirectly by any act or omission of any employee, or subcontractor of Contractor in performance of its obligations. In no event will Agent / Marketing Representative be liable for any lost profits, special, consequential, incidental or direct damages arising out of CutSheetz Network usage, whether based on breach of Contractor agreement or tort (including negligence).

PRIVACY POLICY

We take privacy concerns seriously and have the utmost respect for consumer confidentiality. Our patrons are our number one priority and will continue to be our first priority in the future. In no way will we violate this philosophy.

As a rule CutSheetz does not release any user-specific information. All information gathered is done so anonymously and used solely for statistical purposes. The one exception to this rule is when/if you (user) “Opt-In” as detailed below.

Upon submitting Cutz, each partner designates a limit as to how many Cutz/deals to make available for download on a monthly basis. Once that limit is reached the respective Cutz/post will display “SOLD OUT” and will no longer be available until refreshed the following month. In that event select categories (currently restricted to Home & Garden) will allow consumers who missed out, an option for more information about that particular Cutz or about other services that partner may offer.

Opt-In: For the sole purpose of facilitating request for more information, when/if selected, you give CutSheetz permission to release your contact information.
