These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CutSheetz platform and the services provided by CutSheetz, Inc. ("Agent") to consumers and participating companies ("Contractors").
CutSheetz Trade Network | CutSheetz facilitates discount deals from local Contractors through digital vouchers ("Cutz") available on cutsheetz.net. This network supports local businesses by directing new customers to Contractors and provides consumers access to exclusive discounts.
For CutSheetz Trade Network Partners (Contractors) | By submitting Cutz to CutSheetz, you certify that:
- Each Cutz corresponds to the physical merchandise or services detailed.
- All Cutz are for valid products or professional services, without misrepresentations or false discounts.
- You possess the legal right to retail the corresponding service or merchandise.
- All necessary licenses, insurance policies, and permits for selling or performing the service/merchandise are current.
- Upon consumer download and redemption, you will honor the Cut’z full redemption value without hidden fees.
- Submission of Cutz authorizes their promotion on cutsheetz.net and CutSheetz social-pages for the duration of the post.
- You may add or cancel Cutz at any time.
General Product/Service Terms & Conditions
- Limit one Cutz (discount voucher) per transaction. Not for reproduction.
- Not valid with other offers or discounts.
- Customer is responsible for applicable sales tax.
- Valid only at participating locations or with specified service providers.
Warranty and Damages | Upon downloading or redeeming any Cutz, you (the user) agree that:
- The Contractor, not the Agent, is responsible for the warranty on services or merchandise represented in each Cutz.
- The Contractor, not the Agent, is responsible for merchandise returns due to defect or other circumstances.
- Contractor's terms and conditions within each Cutz govern that specific voucher but do not supersede these CutSheetz Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Agent harmless against all claims, demands, costs, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Actual or alleged defects in material, workmanship, or design of materials furnished by the Contractor.
- Personal injury, including death, or loss or destruction of property caused directly or indirectly by any act or omission of any Contractor employee or subcontractor in the performance of their obligations.
In no event will the Agent be liable for any lost profits, special, consequential, incidental, or direct damages arising from CutSheetz Network usage, whether based on breach of Contractor agreement or tort (including negligence).

- CutSheetz prioritizes consumer confidentiality and privacy. We do not release user-specific information. All collected information is anonymous and used solely for statistical purposes.
